Around the world, HAEi Member Organizations arrange events to raise awareness for hae day :-)

We invite you to participate if it’s relevant to you – or get inspired to create an event yourself.

AEDAF Challenge

HAE Spain, AEDAF, wants Spain to participate in the hae day :-) activity challenge by “Sharing my favorite place in favor of the global HAE movement”.

Message from HAE Spain:

Participating is easy: Share with the world your favorite place, whether it is the main street of your city/town, the tree where you usually rest, the view of your beach or mountain that you see every day, a monument or a work of art—whatever you decide, and click!

  1. All you have to do is take a picture of the place you have decided, with your hand and thumbs up.
  2. Send us your photo and the steps you have taken or the time you have taken to reach the destination of your photo by WhatsApp to the number 676 27 51 38.

We will make a video and a collage with all the photos received, to share them on our social networks and our website. We will also compute all the time spent by you and all your family and friends to get to that favorite place and will be introduced, the same day May 16, that total, along with the video and collage, on the website of hae day :-), where all that time we have spent from Spain to contribute to the global challenge will become steps.

Cheer up and help us to raise awareness step by step!!!

IMPORTANT: In Spain, the challenge will start on 1 April and end on 8 May.

National Angioedema Day in Italy

ITACA, in collaboration with the A.A.E.E. patient association, is again organizing the third national Angioedema Day on May 18, 2024, to coincide with World Angioedema Day, hae day :-)

Each patient will be able to engage with the managers of the ITACA network referral center to which they belong.

April and May: #Active4HAE activity challenge

We – HAEi – encourage everyone to participate in all types of activity – physical activities and those helping overall wellbeing. Any activity time reported on this website will be converted into steps, and the total will power us around the World. Regularly participating in activities and recording the time spent will ensure your efforts count. You can also share photos of your activities, earn badges, and join a team if you want to.

In the past, we have generated millions of steps, enough to walk around Earth’s circumference several times. Will you be #Active4HAE and join us this year?
